Have now used them twice to send parcels to Far East and I can not fault their service. Cost about a third of what it would send via Post office, both parcels collected from me within the requested time(one order submitted 11am on a Saturday and collected 5 hours later). Great tracking system (almost became obsessive checking exactly where parcels were 
) First one took 36 hours to arrive at destination, second an extra couple days due to customs hold up(due to one item I had sent
