I love Graze, I have a weekly box now, having been lured in by the one box free, second half price offer they had going a while ago. Then with my last box they surprised me by giving me some vouchers for friends and family entitling them to 2 free boxes each, so this week in my family we've had 5 boxes delivered for the grand total of £3.49!

If you did the Groupon £5 offer and used it for "Graze" please check your CC/Debit payment, as not only did Groupon charge me for the "Free £5 voucher", then only offered "Credit"
2, now I find Graze have started charging me despite the fact that I deliberatly set the 5th box for January and cancelled in plenty of time, it seems like a **** up from both companies. If youve given the vouches to your friends be aware of this, as to be honest it just wasnt worth all the hassle.

my first box arrived last week ... i like the way it is displayed etc but wasnt very happy with the contents ... will give it another week or so if it doesnt improve i will cancel it

Got an email about my deliveries for today but no sign of them yet!

Also I'm quite dissappointed with the contents. I ordered 4 boxes and the content of the boxes are almost exactly the same.

Got an email with a special promotion code to give all my friends for a free graze box
For every friend that sign up with the code I get £1 off my next graze box or donate £1 to the graze school of farming - Uganda.
I guess this is some kind of referral promotion?

Now got money back from Graze, they seem to be a fair company, just be aware that if you ask for say the box to be delivered on, say 12th Monday they assume you mean every Monday, not just the 12th. And to get a free box(ES) you have to sign up first, then cancel.

same here.. a bit of a scam. they are charging you for future deliveries and not giving you the option to cancel.

Just contact them and they will refund, in Fact I ended up with 6 free boxes.. see post 18.
Still haven got my £5 back from Groupon, they really are a joke..they now keep sending me LOTS of "How did we deal with your query" type stuff.

well thats me got my second box and tbh its like the first box ... i am due to get 4 boxes altogether in this deal but i think i will cancel the other two as i dont feel i will get the use of them and it also saves the company money ... wonder how easy that will be lol
