groupon graze box offer

I got my Groupon graze box offer but when i signed up to graze last noght it said on website "first box free"...so does this mean i just wasted £5 on my groupon voucher?

It would not let me enter my promo code online, anyone else had a better experience?

I had the same difficulties as you. So I ordered the first free one on one new account - make sure you cancel next delivery!! Then I opened another new account, had to use a different debit card!...but then i entered the code into box before I filled my details in, and it gave me 4 free boxes. But remember to cancel, or you will get charged for further deliveries!!

thanks for reply, glad i was not only one!
i will give it a go later. Out of interest how big are these boxes?
  • I would say its about an A4 size box you get with 4 smaller boxes in it. I changed it so i get "eatwell boxes" - then you get the ones with dips etc. If you click under browse and rate you can basically say what you want and what you dont. when I ordered them all, I went back under deliveries, and changed dates so all 4 free boxes arrive next wednesday before christmas - will make great nibbles for the table. Then once theyve arrived I will cancel my account.

How do you get your free ones to arrive altogether? I've had the groupon voucher so do I get 4 free boxes, I;ve had 1 already.
  • I e-mailed them and said that I couldn't enter my £5 code and put it in the e-mail and they e-mailed me straight back and said that they had altered my order and my first 4 boxes would be free - can't wait!!

Click on "your deliveries"...go to each box order and click on box options, then click on the "make a change" option - I then changed all my deliveries to arrive on Wednesday. ;)
  • They are set by default to arrive on separate days because they usually have some fresh food in them that should be eaten the day they arrive... fresh fruit, bread or olives usually... I've left a Graze box a couple of extra days before and found it mouldy or gone off :(

If you're planning to give your boxes out to family / friends, that's great, but if they're just for you I'd stick to having them delivered on different days!

I know ive posted this on another thread, but please make sure Groupon have not charged you for the "Free £5" voucher.....they did with me and refuse to refund my CC, insisting i have a "Credit" to my a/c.

for the groupon offer, Is one 'eatwell box' count as one box? So you have to order 4 eatwell boxes to arrive on the same day?

Do you only get charge after all 4 boxes have been delivered?
