aph car park damage
girlfrind parked her car at aph carpark manchester and when she retuened to collect she noticed a dint in the nsr wing as she walked to the location given to her by the staff. she returned to them in inform them about this and the staff apologised and took pics of the damage. she then had to fill an incident report out and was told the manager would be in contact within 5 days. 7 days later she recieved a letter stating the damage was already done before it entered their car park and enclosed was a pic which in the managers own words "faint and blurred". he claims this was because the car was moving but its parked at the entrance barrier. he says they are unable to assist further. girlfriend wrote back saying his pic was poor quality and requested him to produce a clear one to prove his claim the damage was already done before it entered the site. he is now not replying to corresponce so some help would be great thanks to take this matter further

Don't you drive through a booth which takes photos of your car from all sides on entry? APH does this at Gatwick but it could be a franchise.0
