Cant change elec supplier
Why is it that it,s very seldom mentioned.because i am a scottish power customer and have storage heaters i cant change to any other supplier as they cant work on the three rate system. I have a day rate,night rate and also an off peak day rate..This will be my 3rd winter with no heating as the first year i used the storage heaters it was costing £120+ per month thats for a 1 bdroom flat an as have been on benefits since having stroke that was half my benefit money a week i have tried and looked everywhere i can think of and cant find any help any help or suggestions would be much appreciated thanks..
