Yodel - Good Service

After reading the adverse posts on here about Yodel (and I am not disputing their veracity), I have to put on record the fine service I received from Amazon and Yodel. I had to make a return to Amazon and followed their procedural instructions which basically were to tell Yodel which date would be suitable for them to pick up the item. This was done online and Yodel duly uplifted on the specified day. I ordered a replacement and it was delivered exactly as stated by Amazon, by Yodel. At all times was I able to access the progress of my parcel via Amazon/Yodel's website and I cannot praise both companies highly enough.
