Has anyone opened one of these for their kids? Is it any good? Can they go overdrawn?, that's my fear!

Even if they did go overdrawn as a minor they could not be charged for doing so......

They are not allowed to go overdrawn - it could only happen accidentally as a result of systems getting out of synch
  • My son has one, has had it since he was 11 (he's nearly 14 now). I thought he's get a cashcard only, but got a Visa Debit (online) card, which he thinks is great. As the card is online the likelihood of ever going overdrawn is minimal, and he doesn't have SO or DD on the account so no danger of insufficient funds for bills!!!!! ;)
