No CCJ on my account anymore, over 6 years old plus was marked satisfied, but I do have 2 defaults
To move by the summer, we can just about save up for the deposit plus fees, moving costs etc, but not 6 months in advance. I tried that when I first needed a rental property, offered full years rent in cash upfront but still got declined by 2 agencies tut!
I've been back in work for a year now, and am very confident that LL would give me excellent ref, partner only been in work here for 4 months, and doubt his LL would bother giving a reference at all, let alone a good 1 !0 -
