Capital One - No hassle credit card

I recently applied for the above card and was told my applicaiton was unsuccessful. However I had been accepted for one of their other cards.

I signed the agreement to see what card it may be and have received their
Plat. No Hassle cc. today. I thought this was their best card but see the apr is 14.0% and 0% on purchases for 6 months and balance transfer at 6.94% made during the first 6 months.

Has anyone else encountered this with Capital One!

No, but check the last sentence of section 10 of the terms and conditions, this will be on the letter the card was attached to.

It may state "You cannot avoid interest charges on purchases, cash withdrawals or balance transfers but the earlier you make your payment, the less charges you will incur".

This applies to all of their rebate cards, if yours is not a rebate card it may not state this.

If it does , after the 0% period, there is no grace period on the card.
Purchases incur interest from the date of purchase, charged daily.
