This really isnt fair. We are a very reputable company and have recently launched this new website. We have been in business since 1996 and also run a large flagship retail store. The HOTUK forum has an agenda against us and we feel it is because of their affiliates wo happen to be our competitors. I sincereley hope i dont run into that same bureaucracy here - we simple want to be given a chance to prove our selves to new customers.

As you can say there are many established members of MSE who have replied in this thread and have ordered from Neo and have been extremely happy with our products and service.

Apologies - however I was simply replying to a deal that was posted by someone else here - I was just letting ppl know the price had dropped thats all. Is that not allowed ? I couldnt clarify that in the rules at all ?

Responding to queries in a customer service capacity is acceptable. Posting offers, price reductions or otherwise promoting your site in any way unfortunately isn't as this is advertising which is against MSE rules. For further information please see this rule.

I'd just like to say I bought from them and I was very impressed with product and service.
There's really no need to be so suspicious ALL the time - the offers posted aren't exactly high value items and you can always use a credit card if things go pear shaped to get your few quid back.
