You may consider Legal & General. For my contents insurance, their quote was cheapest.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

That question is like asking how long is a piece of string.
Insurers price your policy according to up to around 30-40 rating factors including age, location, type of house, security, occupation and so on. What is cheap for one person may not be cheap for another.
