Hi guys
I felt as though I had to write about this because I am very, very happy. I ordered my DD a pair of straighteners in Dec 2009 (bargain price that I found on the grabbit board) but earlier this year they stopped working. Didn't think too much about it because her birthday was a few months away so I ordered her a new pair. Anyway, I read that the straighteners had a 2 year warranty so I tried to fill in a returns form online but it would not accept the codes on the straighteners (although they had been registered when bought). I rang customer services who emailed me a returns form whilst I was on the phone. I packaged the straighteners and posted them on Tuesday evening this week. I received an email on Thursday to say that they had been received and this morning (Saturday) I received a delivery of a brand new pair of straighteners. :j
