Am I classed as unemployed?

You are unemployed, and are likely to get rejected for whatever it is you are applying for. (despite having savings etc)
Perhaps contact whoever it is you're applying to and explain your situation to them in person/or over the phone.
The OP is not unemployed. Why you should think the OP is likely to get "rejected" I really don't know. Do you think anyone who is not working will automatically be refused insurance or a bank account?0 -
You are a house husband or housewife.0

I haven't worked since my middle child was a baby, so about 10 years now, and have never claimed any kind of benefit, or tried to get another job. I always tick the Homemaker box on these forms and have never been turned down for any kind of financial product or service.

When I was in this situation I used Housewife as an option, there's usually a Househusband option too.0
