Pets@Home gift cards - expiry time

Picked up one of these for a relative. I was pleasantly surprised to read that the expiry period for credit when the card is not used is 60 months, or 5 years!
Just a little bit more than the stingy 1 or 2 years that most store gift cards give.
Should be more than enough time to lose it down the back of the sofa, find it a couple of years later and still be able to spend it!
Wish all stores were as generous as that.
