A m8 of mine found out today he got stung by his bank, he was over his overdraught limit but as he got paid 2day his balance was just £5 over his overdraft limit and the bank decided to charge him X amount for being overdrawn which then has put him further over his overdraft limit
can the bank do this, surely they should have spoken to him about it, hes getting the charges refunded but he had to sell something to put him back into his overdraft
