Off to work in 1/2 an hour... finish at 7pm but have to wait untill 8pm for my mum to finish. I also have to go to asda and get some bigger jiffy bags but that hopefully will be covered in the postage costs i have asked for, i have £10 left in my acount to do that with.
Have a great day all and i shall update soon with finished amounts etc ~ take care
Hi Pap.... if ur going to Asda, why not have a look at the apples/pears and see if the have any bubble wrap in them..... I get most of mine from Sains and just buy cheap envelopes from Wilko....

Hey thanks sarah, i have loads of brown paper but its teh bublewrap that so expensive. I may see if we have a roll in work for £5 i think its something like 20metres. The jiffy bags are £1 for 3 any size, which i dont think is too bad really. Depends what i feel like after work i suppose. Talking of work i must get on, no lunch made yet and i am supposed to be out of the door in 10 min :eek:

That's not a bad price for the jiffys at all! Also Wilko do rolls of bubble wrap for 99p each (can't remeber the length tho!)
I'm also meant to be going to work for 10, just waiting for OH to get up to look after DS

we used to order bags from ebay, cost about 12p each! Much cheaper than Jiffy bags but would need bubble wrap or something if its breakable.Debt Now~Total-£14,366.72~CC-£1,600.00~Sofa-£1,349.01~Loan-£11,417.71

PAP by the sounds of it if you buy the machine (or eamd's mum's one!) then try it for a bit and if you didn't make as much use of it or its not going to be very useful afterall then you should still be able to sell it for a reasonable amount. The only thing you risk if a little bit of time and money (ok not very MSE
) but on the upside it may well be worth it for your business (very MSE!!). You won't know unless you try it!! :T
On the jiffy bag front... I think some pound style shops sell 5/£1 or similar around here - maybe worth a try. Does the asian shop you get some of your card stuff from have any cheap ones?

sarah ~ i ended up getting the roll of wrap. Wilko isnt near me sadly so this had to do...
eamd ~ i have loads of normal envelopes for my busniess (brought at work while on sale) however everything needs bubblewrap :mad: i dont want to chance anything getting broken.
taka ~ i have decided i will get it for that fact, its easy to resale as its still fairly new, also i know i can use any dies (including the cheap ones). I did look in the asian shop when i was last up there but they only seem to do small ones which are no good for me. Its a shame though as they had 10 for £1 :rolleyes: anyways
~~~
right thats everything finished and i have made £197.39 before fees :j :j so i ahev payed for my machine three times over if you include the bingo wins :rotfl: Most have payed except one with cheque, two who are collecting and two who havent payed yet but i am sooo happy :rotfl: need to find out the rules about the olmpic challenge though regarding postage/fees etc... anyways i am over the moon.My fees for ebay are £25.79 though :mad: but that still gives me over £150.00back to wrapping i guess :rotfl:
