A nice bit of praise for Comet

Can't fault the service at all.

Ordered a washing machine online for delivery today.

Got a phone call yesterday to say despatched and would arrive today.

Got a phone call today to say we will be with within the hour.

Within an hour they had delivered, set up the washing machine and taken my old one away for recycling.

I'm sure this is an everyday occurance for hundereds of people, so nothing prehaps remarkable, but consider how many people post on here that Comet are this, that and the other, thought, I'd post the normal experience, most customers no doubt receive.

P.S. No I don't work for them either.:p

I have ordered a few things from Comet in the last two months and found them to be very efficient too.

It's not the sales/delivery that worries me with Comet it's the lack of after-sales care should something go wrong. Comet staff seem convinced that consumer legislation doesn't apply to them.

based on the number of complaints about Comet around here recently, i'd have to say not

good to hear something good about them. Onwards and upwards hopefully
