Should I appeall again?

I would like some advice. I recently received a PCN for being 'parked' on a double yellow line. I appealed and it got rejected and I wonder if i should appeal again.
Basically this is my case: I was lost and had to make a few minute phonecall as i did not want to drive while being on the phone. I had my children in the car and just wanted to get directions so i pulled over on a double yellow line. My engine was still running and i was barely there for more than a few minutes and i got a letter thorugh the post a month later saying i had 'parked' there. my argument was that i had just stopped there for a few minutes.
Please help me decide what to do and if i have a case. thanks.

Probably not as stopping on the double yellow wasn't an emergency. You could have carried on till you could park legally and then made the call, which is probably why it's been rejected.
Although there may be other ways you can have it overturned and people will be along shortly to point those out.0 -

Catch 22. Either you were parked, or you were using the phone illegally (assuming hand-held).0

It is also illegal to use a hand held mobile phone when the vehicle is stationary with the engine running.
