Praise - Richer Sounds

I've always been a John Lewis customer for tv and audio goods, but today went to Richer Sounds as JL do not stock what I wanted. Did my research on the internet, and rang the store (on a local rate number!) to check they had what I wanted. They did, and they offered to put it aside for me.

Went to collect the item and asked about a price match. No problem at all, and they knocked an extra £20 off. They asked if we needed any info on setting it up. We didn't, but if we do they said just to ring up or pop in for a cup of tea and they'll sort it. Then they carried the box to the car for us (and yes, it was chucking it down outside!).

Brilliant - knowledgeable staff, the best price and no pressure. So many stores could learn a thing or two from them!

They are also brilliant in my opinion. Wanted new speakers, so found some in the brand I liked, knew they were going to be good quality etc, then asked the guy about them, he asked what kind of music I listened to, recommended me some in the same brand, that were actually cheaper, but better for my type of music. Brilliant staff.
