A friend in work - young girl with a 4 yr old son her hubby has lost his job so money was really tight she was upset as all she had left was £9.11 to do her sons stocking which included buying the stocking I told her to give me the £9 and to trust me, I think she thought I was odd but was at the end of her tether, 2 days later i go in with a 99p shop stocking bulging with glitched Cars pencil case - light up yoyo - TCO - loads of pens/pencils - pack illoom balloons - pack bandz -packet water balloons - uno playing cards - box choc fingers - wine gummies -lego clipstrip toy - lion king and cars dvd (DTD) Made me feel all warm and fuzzy I also gave her the £9 back :)

Is it bad that I would have kept what the items cost then give her the change?:o:o:o

Tight as a ducks ar se.

Something odd is afoot here;) I saw the wipe clean tablecloths on post 5863 and got a couple as well as notifying other thread locals by PM yesterday. It was the Blue Star wipe clean b/c 1997 (which I think was different to the OPs?) with a stuck on barcode label over the original printed packaging. I noticed that the orignal packaging describes it as Tablecloth-Teracota spot (and no that's not a typo on my part of Teracota):):)

Just checked- mine says Terracota Spot. The barcode is stuck on, but it's inside the plastic sleeve on the cardboard wrapper.
