after dropping him at school i came home for a bit of brekkie then went to a dentist appointment which i almost walked out of before being seen due to terrible abdominal cramps (joys of being a lady) .

Best thing for abdominal cramps is a nip of brandy, and it works really quickly too. HTH. Wish I'd known that 20 years earlier than I did!
    Hope is not a strategy.

Have you tried the half fat diet?

You basically eat HALF the food you would normally for each meal.

The best thing is though, because it's only half the fat, you can eat twice as much...

    ;)

    Cheers Marjorie lol!
    Morning all

I see fun was had last night :D

Don't suppose any of you know where I could get a heater resistor for my car?! Nah, didn't think so :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Bloody hard things to track down and I don't fancy getting it direct from the garage, too spendy! Extra jumpers it is then when we go in the car :rotfl::rotfl:

Try this, I believe it's where dealers get their parts...
