im so glad i bought two christmas cake mixes .. atttempt 1 is a disaster ..will use what i could salvage in a trifle and say no more about it lol

FIL loves them, so I gave them all to him. Id never tried them before so I took a little sip, and nearly spat it out. Its like medicine.

Aww what a shame mines out now and looks divine smells great too, only took 3hrs 40 mins and NO burnt top thanks to the greaseproof paper
