    I agree with you FK. I also wonder whether T uses DTD as a performance measure tool for each store, hence the reason some CS and managers act like the money is comming out of their own pocket i.e. it affects their bonuses etc. I don't work for Ts and I have no intention of asking the people I do know who do work there, just an idea I have.

    It is used as a performance measure which is why many stores will not give it unless you specifically mention the policy.
  • If people who are posting that the OEP isnt working for them anymore, could please say if it WAS earlier too please.

    not sure if people are just checking for the first time, and its not worked in that store.. or if its been fixed... If that makes sense. xx

    I just knew someone must have tried it!! :D

    I didnt try it in one go, I did 3 trips, but my haul filled the boot of my car and some of the back seat ( small car) and would have easily over flowed 1 trolley. So I was guessing that my haul would have filled one trolley when I loaded it or 2 trolleys once packed in bags.

    So a full trolley in 1 go is still up for grabs.

    Previously working OEP glitch now taking off Cadbury £6.30
    I bought 2 x nacho kit at 2.99 each and a salsa at 1.50 so not as good as earlier but hey ho
    Mince pies correct bog of
    And prawns scan at 2.49 as per sel
    But did get the extra multiple buy on the whoopsie tapas deal :-)
    No. 16 in HCCSC
