Because I can't get out due to work;);)doing some research here. If it's not working in some stores it would seem that they are overriding it instore. But the cadburys and the old el paso deals are both running till the 25th December so in theory this could be a long running glitch in some stores. When the gardening glitch was on ages ago most stores overrode it, but my store didnt and it lasted 5 days!!!!Hence I have enough weedkiller to wipe out the planet and enough grass seed to regrow it all!!!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Well the traffic updates have just informed is that we are battling the worst of the country's driving conditions!

    *groans*

We would have been home by 1 on a normal run. We are still an hour away according to our sat nav but the updates have just told us that the motorway we are hoping to join is not moving dur to the weather/road conditions.

Just had MORE pain killers as I can't sit for long without agony thanks to back issues.

    What a nightmare journey.

(...with a glitch so tantalisingly within my grasp if I can just get home!)

your exact details and the card transaction give u away, reckon that could be proven fraud ?

also u gave an id thief the start and expiry date of your card

people should be more careful what details they post on an open internet forum.

To cut long story short, SA noticed large discount + called supervisor. I will remember the saying - never **** in your own back yard. Went to take me to another till to examine more closely - cut and ran.

They all know about it in St@ff0rd, but none care. They were aware yesterday at lunchtime, in the evening I even went through a proper SA rather than SS. They noticed, smiled and let me pay.

They aren't paid to think, they are paid to be drones until machines replace them. Lets face it, the person who puts out the SELs would notice a lot of bargains that slip through regardless - because they don't care. And I don't blame them, let the staff fill their boots too!

Nice meeting you.dont understand why it did not work for you,you were going through ss while i was at till very strange, but hay ho its Tesco:(

Did your second batch work as well?? At SS only 3 for 2 came off - no cadbury and no dinner kit.... I had 3 packs of tortillas and 3 kits (this combo worked in LB); Put them back and went to a manned till with 3 packs of spices, again only 3 for 2 came off, no cadburys... stranger and stranger!! Maybe they are fixing the glitch product by product?

Nice to meet you properly too - I'm sure we'll keep bumping into each other now!
