I have been dragged to court loads of times - my advice is avoid it if at all possible - its jsut so expensive.
Out of interest you say his parents are over - over from where and how often do they come?
I know its hard to think nicely of anyone when they have treated you like !!!! but maybe meet him halfway JUST THIS ONCE if they are not over often and say next time ensure their visits coincide with his contact times( but remember grandparents can go to court themselves these days to get access which is what you definitely dont want them to do!) If your son is still ill then it is entirely valid for him not to go at that age but mayb let your other little one go by herself.
Please dont think I am taking his side - I am so not - I thikn you are defo inthe right - but sometimes its worth taking the wind out of their sails adn doing the unexpected!
Where do you live caz?
Feel free to PM me at any time - I am the contact access guru!!!!!
Big hugs and hope your little one is better soon0 -

DODO has confirmed the lamb glitch, if that is something that may interest you. Sorry to hear your news, hopefully it will be good news once they get the little scrote. It still appears online at £9.99kg instead of £4.99kg  worth a punt. Thanks to OP who did the new price flop magazine review yesterday who highlighted potential lamb issues!cosmic-dust wrote: »T'was me, nice to find a good bargain. Enjoy!
Whole lamb leg
Was £9.99/kg
now £4.99/kg
Tesco.com doesn't appear to have changed the price. £29.97 (£9.99/kg)
Now the price drop mag is valid from 7th - 18th DecI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
We just get on with it. I'm not looking for a medal and I sure as hell can't (and wouldn't want to) get a refund so I have 2 young kids that need me so what else can I do but be the best mum I can.
Need a rant .....
Meanwhile I'm dealing with the ex who would now like me to be flexible and let him have the kids outside the contact order (which he instigated for no reason) because his parents are over. Hmmmmmmm so he can transfer the TV license without warning me, drag me to court without even discussing access, transferred the Sky contract which resulted in cutting off my phone (and worse still the broadband!!), stopped paying the gas & electric before I got tax credits in place and he wants me to be flexible!
Any suggestions?

Good morning allGemini - how is your mother-in-law?
She has good days when she seems back to her usual self and then the following day she is back down again. The urine infection is not clearing, on her 3rd course of antibiotics for it and her GP said that her immune system is weakening due to the antibiotics as they 'kill' off good bacteria as well as bad bacteria. The MRSA is not as serious as we were first told, GP explained that she is a carrier of MRSA and as yet she is suffering no effects from it although we are still advised to wear gloves when caring for her and wash her laundry separately. She has carers visiting several times a day but she has a horrible, nasty attitude to them, not fair to them as they are very good with her. She is stubborn and will not listen when we say that she needs to be nicer to them....so annoying.:(
Thank-you for asking after her..:A:A
Very cold, frosty morning here in S.Wales but still going to visit T's, need milk and bread.

It's hard caring for relatives. I won't bore you with my story but I understand what you are going through. xx
It is indeed a beautiful, frosty morning here in South Wales which has made me even more excited about Christmas.0 -

I remember hiding behind my sofa and falling asleep, when I woke up the sofa and everyone had gone and the bug ge rs switched the lights out when they left. It took me ages to find the door and when I do make it over here I get wrong for not turning off the gas, putting the cat and milk bottles out and not locking the door.
That's the last time I hide behind my sofa near the end of a thread.:rotfl:
