Can everyone please stop chatting
I am still only on page 147.
Been in tears all day again today. It should have been my big brothers birthday today, he died when I was almost 7, still miss him, it just seems worse with my step nana passing tuesday
Can anyone do a round up for me?
Oh Beki I really feel for you at the moment xxx Can't wait for things to start looking up so you can start using those smiley's again:)
Round up on today is mainly the Old El Paso......
2 discounts coming off if glitch working
Buy 3 items in the 3 for 2
1st discount brings the total of the 3 items down to £1.20
2nd discount takes off the cost of the cheapeast item
Therefore everything included in the 3 for 2 offer except the seasoning mixes gives you a profit.
It's all very hit and miss as to where it's working unfortunately.
If the glitch works in your store it seems to also work on the meal kits but only 1 discount comes off. This means you get 3 meal kits for £1.20
A new 1p find too....thanks OP (sorry can't remember who) Haribo Fantasy Mix 100g ..... b/c ending 7150'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -
For anyone who's interested - I went to B & Q earlier re: 1p Christmas trees which were possibly going on sale today. There were no reductions so far. I'm going to check again tomorrow.
We're also still without a tree. I phoned B&Q yesterday and was told if the real trees get reduced at all, it'll only be on xmas eve...they denied all knowledge of 1p trees... My Asda also didn't get real trees in this year (thanks to the person that suggested this though) and the branch that did, sold out last Saturday. Homebase's cheapest tree was £25, but a taxi back would cost £15. Apparently HB is 'not allowed' to reduce them this year.
And to top it off, OH returned with a plastic tree when asked to go get one. It was never even an option; we've always had a real tree and growing up we had real ones every Xmas too. So I'd like the LO to have memories of the smell of a real tree. Not sure what possessed OH, but now he's being really stubborn about the whole thing and refuses to return the plastic tree (it's really horrid as well!) and won't agree on a place for any tree... Aarghhhh

It's not working in Expresses is it? I'm confused :oI've never seen a normal T's only an express, metro or extra, I think actually I'm just knackered, but I could just about cope with dragging myself to the express down the road;)0

I am such a DIPSTICK:eek::eek::eek::eek:Their's me thinking I am too tired to drag myself out to an extra and have just checked the store locator and I have a "normal" T's 1.64 miles away that shuts at 10pm and it's now 10pm, I could kick myself!!! At least I know I've got a normal one now, thanks georges_mummy;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
I have two 'normal' Tesco stores within a mile either direction of where I live. They dont have anything on their sign apart from Tesco, whereas the Express stores are signed Express, Metro and Extra or Extra Superstore. These Tesco's dont have a petrol station. Both have recently got a pharmacy. Unlike metros or /express, both have a cafe/coffee shop. They just dont stock anywhere near as much stuff as the Extra stores, the homeware stock is very limited and dont have an upstairs like quite a few of the Extra stores. HTH0
