Thanks for the recap FC. I thought that it would be better to split everything up according to price (to allow for the 342) but when there were only pennies difference it was less likely to arous suspision. The store this worked in only had a handful of SS tills and the SA has full view so not as easy to sneak stuff past them.
Having said that, getting away with a £40+ bill for under £3 took brass ones. I'm rather chuffed with my little stash even though I have nowhere to put it all. I've put as much into the attic as possible and the crates are almost at ceiling height in the spare room. May have to resort to dismantling beds and putting mattresses on top of storage boxes!!!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Amazing well done Caz!!
I know I was p'ing myself this morning, the lady at self scan seemed particularly moody and I had 2 coupons I needed approving!! Can't believe I managed it without a hitch :TI agree with regards to putting it all through when it's pence, definitely! I was lucky enough to get a number of the 12 packs of tortillas which are £2.39 so a much better saving so I took my chance with putting it all through seperately:p
I know my garage shelving is cracking under the weight!! :rotfl: I don't have anywhere else to put anything either! Well until the next glitch :rotfl:
Can I just say I feel like a fully fledged member of this thread now and want to say a HUGE thank you to you guys. Since DTD back in March I have got so much enjoyment out of the money I've saved using this thread in particular. The banter on here (99% of the time) is 2nd to none and MSE has become a part of my every day life!!:p At the moment I'm not very well at all and this glitch today has cheered me up no end when I normally would be stuck at work sooooooooooooo THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! :A Long may it continue Elite 11+ :T

Anything over £1.20 I got wraps/salsa/taco shells try 3 wraps first put it through with a pint of milk/choc bar etc, if it doesn't work you can always pull the old "forgot my purse routine, if it does work pop shopping into the car and return with a vengeance0 -

This worked earlier in the Borders - OH was down that way and got loads of salsa and taco shells for free.
By the way the MSE clowns are all voting this cold (and openly admitting it on the forum) to stop us from "ruin it" apparently. ''
Not wishing to start a debate, but apparently OP can suffer clowns as long as it pays off...
