I've seen the 4 for £1 advertised in an extra perhaps its changing to 3 for £1 and is doing the two like the tco? 5 mins from an extra so going to check will report back asap. Wish me luck.

    Good luck! :)
  • also just remembered that there is an offer on muller yoghurt 6 packs - buy 1 get 2 free, making them about 18p each. all varieties (fruit, granola, Greek, crunch etc) seem to be included.

Yes they do, but should hand it you back once they've compared the numbers on the bottom of the receipt with the ones on the bottom of the price check voucher.

The SA should write on the receipt so you can't go and print another one off but they rarely do so theres no problem returning an item. I would add that reprinting is a definite no no. If they don't sign it then just bin it once you've had your refund to avoid temptation or mistakenly printing another one.

I had one signed once and took the guylian chocolates back. She asked why the receipt had been marked so I told her. She was fine about it.

The terms and conditions state that if you've generated a pricecheck voucher and wish to return something, they may deduct the amount of the voucher from the refund

Thanks for explaining this! I totally hadn't understood that you got the receipt back so could return the products for a refund. And I agree, reprinting would definitely be a no-no.

Cheers for clearing this up for me.

  • Just been to 3 Express, 2 of which didn't sell the lindt chocolates but one did and I got 36 of the little bells for £2.28 :beer:

I tried an Extra on the way home with the haribos but not only did it not work but the only discount to come of was 3 for £1 although the shelf said
4 for £1...I couldn't be bothered to argue the toss as I am happy with my 36 little bells

It's gone quiet now. Has everyone nipped out to their local T's?

No, some of us are watching Heartbeat on VideoBB and trying to breathe through our ears because our nose is blocked and someone lost the key to the gimp mask :(

I'm surprised you only got 24, or was that all they had?:rotfl:

They only had 27, nearly got caught out not a soul in there, and I went ss and the SA said I'll serve you and he must of thought I was mad as I muttered "I like to do it myself thanks!!!";)

I was skim reading and in my panic about the glitch and thinking my express closed at 10pm (it doesnt it's 11pm, store that info for future glitches;)) I thought sunshine had had her baby:oApologies sunshine, sort of like cyber Braxton hicks:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If you haven't gone yet, then don't bother as it didn't work for me and is very unlikely to work as Express's and Extras have totally different price structures and these offers rarely work in both.

    I did try though :D:D:D:D

I did 24 I think it's multiples of 12, because 3 and 4 both divide into 12. You lot better get your bums in gear if it's only expresses;)
