I was trouted with the lamb too. I phoned Customer Services and they are sending me a £10 gift card. I think they have had a lot of complaints so it's definitely worth phoning them.

If i put my receipt details for T's in how long do i have to wait for them to email me and tell me if i have a jtd coming? the asda one seems instant, but i did the T's one about 4 hours ago and nothing as of yet. TIA
