  • Went out on the hunt for 1p stuff tonight and got a few odds n ends. About 6 clip strips full of these but this is all I managed to get out (through a MANNED till) until I got trouted. She was ok about it though, just had been informed that she couldnt sell anymore. Went to a SS and the SA pulled the lucozade but ignored the veggie crisps, splenda and limescale things!

Anyway HC, can I be in your gang too now?

Oh....I'm not really OCD, honest!!! :)

I didn't know that you could prepare roast potatoes in advance. i'm going to give this a go. Thanks.

Beki, I've already prepared my sprouts, carrots and swede for Christmas day. I've peeled them, blanched them then frozen them to reduce the amount of time I'll have to spend in the kitchen. HTH. x

You're welcome, I do this all the time, do a double batch then freeze some. Saves electricity and time. Liking your idea for the veggies!
    Hope is not a strategy.

I take that back. Just got up to find the little charmer had popped in the back hall. And I stood in it. Didn't laugh.

    Edit -Sorry, pooped, not popped!
    Hope is not a strategy.

:D:o So pleased others have bedlinen obsession like me :rotfl:

Having worked in Laura Ashley for most of my life I have amassed many a set - has to be cotton :)
Do like Northern Nights cotton bedding from QVC as the fitted sheets go under the mattress by at least 8"

Littlewoods Clearance Shops have some V&A bedding cheap
