Also one more question regarding the Lucozade shots, is it as sugary as normal lucozade as that sends my blood sugar levels ott.

Then again so does CDM but it hasnt stopped me buying that! My gluten, dairy and sugar free diet is going so well thanks to tesco lol!

low sugar high caffeine, not good in high doses and can cause heart problems...

Thanks snap ant for the picture of the calc stuff got both varieties today and plenty of them to share with friends and family. No pink Koko anywhere but plenty of Mingles at £1.01. ALso checked for CDM in three stores and struck lucky in the third. Head and Shoulders shampoo in a normal store (several varieties) had sel of 61p and scanned at that so am stocked up on those. Managed an unsmoked wiltshire ham yesterday got DTD on it to make it free. It was shrink wrapped and had a black net around it price on ham was £9.99, sel said £4.99.

Those little bottles of Lucazade taste disgusting, but wow do they work quickly.

I worked a late shift last night, an early shift this morning, and got about 4 hours sleep in between. Really hectic 8.5 hours at work, then a drive from Heathrow to Poole and I was so knackered I couldn't even speak.

One of those little bottles and I am wide awake. If the weather wasn't so bad I would be off for an evening shopping trip.

I do agree, taste foul but do work.
I feel a bit ill, can someone please fix the CDM glitch:o

  • Just back from T's and no tea bags, no jerky, no Lucozade Shots, no Koko but I did get a box of Mingles and a handful of Harrys Nuts, and I must say they are rather nice. :rotfl:
