Yup, more money than sense!

We didn't pay for our Business Class seats. We were hoping that with us travelling on sis' birthday they would upgrade us. When we got to Amsterdam we went off to check and were told "sorry, once upon a time we would have but now now with the financial climate". We went off and 20 minutes later I went back to see if I could get an emergency exit seat. "oh the flight is full, because you have silver card and lots of miles you and your sister have been upgraded":beer::beer:

I took advantage of the free booze on that flight and I was pis sed before we had even got to the runway. :eek:

I also got upgraded to Business with Air France when I went to Cuba but to be honest, it wasn't much different to economy, just slightly bigger seats and a load more leg room.
