Telewest t.v. package - two channels lost!

We currently use the Virgin Media Large service (which equates to the Telewest Essential Service) and have noticed that, today, we're missing two channels - Jetix and TheBox.
We've just spoken to somebody in Customer Relations about this and they're not planning on reimbursing or replacing - which I think is a bit grim!
Has anyone else tackled them on this with any success??

Also note that Sky One and Sky News will be pulled from Virginmedia shortly as well. They are playing dirty and have hiked their prices up so Virginmedia have basically told them to shove it !!0

I posted previously on the Virgin takeover of NTL : Telewest. Mr Branson seems to be doing just as good a job of the services as he is of his trains. I tried yesterday to add on Sky movies 1. 28 (I exaggerate not) phone calls and 4 hours later I managed to get someone to do it.
I'm switching over to Sky.Don't bother trying to sue me - I've got no money!0 -
