As the title, has anyone set up a Social Enterprise? If so would they please share the experience and tell us what to do, what to avoid and what scams are out there?
Background is that Lincolnshire CC is closing around 30 day care centres which are used by adults with learning difficulties and if we want to keep them open we have to set up a Social Enterprise to run it.
