I searched.. couldn't find anything on this card.
If you have one, does it seem like they're screwing you with the rewards?
I was told I'd get 5% back from grocery stores and drug stores. 1% everywhere else. Great, since these are the places I spend the most at. The first month, I noticed on their website I was only getting 1% back and I was shopping at only grocery stores. I did that purposely so I could watch it.
I ended up calling to "dispute" it. Talked to someone and they said they had to look into it. Never heard anything back so I called like 2 weeks later and they said it'll take a few months to fix before my 5% shows up but if I shopped at grocerystores now, the 5% would show up.
Looking at their website, I'm still not convinced I am getting the full 5% back. A customer service rep told me it gets added in at the end of the month which isn't fair either becuase how do I know if I'm getting the 5% back I should be getting? I might be getting 5% back from one grocery store and not the other.. I shop at 3 different ones and 2 different drug stores.
The site and statements do not tell you which purchases got 1% or 5% either...
Once this card is clear I guess I have to test it by only shopping at grocery stores again, I made the mistake of using it at other types of stores. I ended up with $9.57 at the end of the month so I definitley got some 5% in there somewhere, I just think I didn't get it on everything I should have.
Anyone else have any experiences with this card?

The very fact that you mention "grocery" and "drug stores" makes me think this is a US issued card, is it?0

Ha. Yeah, sorry. I realized this seemed like a UK only forum after I already posted them.
I got here doing google searches on credit report info. Saw a forum and thought I'd ask. Guess I'll go back to Google.0 -
I have seen these 5% and 10% etc cashback on credit cards advertised when I have been over in the US... the ones where you get a load of cashback for shopping in a certain "type" of store. In fact, the advert for Citi Dividends I REMEMBER seeing, because I checked to see if Citi UK offered the same.
The card you are looking for is Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card, which as the citibank.com site says: "Earn a full 5% cash back on supermarket, gas station and drugstore purchases and 1% on all other purchases, up to $300 a year"
http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/cardserv/divplat/index.jsp
You should read the T&C of the card: http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/cardserv/divplat/terms.htm ... which state the things you will only get 1% on... It defines supermarket etc. I shouldn't think places like Walmart would qualify for 5%, since they sell EVERYTHING... but even supermarkets like Publix sell a great deal of non-food stuff.
This card is no good to those of us in the UK of course :rolleyes:0
