EDF have finally bowed to pressure and put up a bona fide Representative on the Forum.

Late, but to be welcomed, and let's give them a fair chance.

Was the 'secret agent' a poster or just a lurker?

Yes all in favour of giving all the Reps due courtesy.

I have chased up my complaints using the EDF Rep and got a prompt response from Kerry who was the secret agent.

In my experience, she knows what she is doing. That doesn't mean she will be able to resolve all queries because EDF's problems are much deeper than one helpful individual.
