Link please? That's a serious allegation.
It's also not my finding from peeking at historic posts at all, which clearly indicate to me that she is a recent lone parent.
It is not clear whether her ex is in employment and contributing any child maintenance but this won't impact her benefits anyway.
For example, someone on a NMW full time job who is the non resident parent would be expected, according to the CSA formulas, to contribute around £30 per week to the parent with care with a single child.
As we know from freely available statistics, many employed but seperated fathers will not pay any child maintenance whatsoever, so it is not clear whether the OP currently nets approx 31k per year in benefits AND CM for her and her sole disabled child with no outlay on council tax and approximately £50 per week on rent, rather than 29.5k without CM.0
