Praise - Maxi-cosi

Just thought I would share the excellent customer service I received from Maxi-Cosi this week.
My eldest son has a 3 year old Maxi-cosi Tobi car seat, which developed a problem with the harness release mechanism (you could tighten the straps but not slaken them off).
I contacted Maxi-cosi service (Dorel) to see if they could supply any servicable parts but they said that as the harness is a vital safety part, they could not help. However, the service guy said that as it was unlikely that the release mechanism would have been damaged by use, they would inspect/repair free of charge.
All we had to pay was the cost of the courier (£15) and the seat was picked up within 2 hours.
Sure enough, it was returned within a week, all fixed, which to my mind, is fantastic customer service (and I have nothing to do with this company).
It is rather nice to be able to praise good service, for once.
