Shell drivers club points

So I used Shell Barking, London Road. Handed over my reward card and asked for a receipt.
The receipt said "No loyalty card presented". So I went back. He swiped it again. Still no points. So I took a new card. Which he swiped reassuring me the points had now been added.
I registered the card on line, checked the balance after 48 hrs, still no points. I emailed the Drivers Club. They tell me no points. However, they will be adding them manually.
Do you get a receipt from Shell to check if your points are being added?
Do many of you have problems getting the points awarded?
Does any one have the same problem with Shell Barking?

Not had any problems with about 6 different Shell garages (Bow, Greenwich, Croydon, Maidstone, Coventry). I pay by card and the points confirmation is on the bottom of the CC receipt.
I guess you'll need to check the total next time they send you a book of vouchers and keep the e-mail as proof.I need to think of something new here...0
