Phoned today after receiving some junk mail. Using their automated system took about 7 mins to get through to a human.
then repeatedly told they couldn't find my phone number on their system. Then had to confirm my postcode about 3 times because the person didn't understand English. Asked them to stop sending me junk mail.. he told me to write in.. at this point I got kind of mad and miraculously he was able to let the department know for me.
Then asked to speak to customer services about a complaint. Told the lady I had a complaint.. she asked me to write in.. I said take it over the phone. Was told that she couldn't be bothered to wirte it all down. I said excuse me?
Someone from their call centre will be calling me back.
I am INFURIATED BY THESE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEMS - WHY? I WOULD GLADLY PAY A PREMIUM TO SPEAK STRAIGHT TO A HUMAN VOICE - DOES THAT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE?????

PRESS 1 for Yes
PRESS 2 for No
If the envelope is prepaid I just send my junk mail back to the company.
I have also put a brick in a box and taped the prepaid envelope to the box.
I dont know if they have to pay extra or what but it makes me feel better.0 -

I have been waiting for the regional manager to visit my home to inspect some damage to my roof tiles and analogue aerial, caused during installation of my upgrade to Sky+.
The guy arranged to visit me on 18 January but failed to turn up, even though I waited at home for two hours. As no revised appointment was forthcoming, I called them again on Wednesday and was promised a call. Still nothing.
In fairness, the woman at HQ who spoke to me on Wednesday made her courtesy call today and was concerned that I'd heard nothing. She promised another call this afternoon, so I waited in for a further five hours with only a short trip out to a shop. Guess what?
I am now waiting for my third promised call this week (I lost my rag and demanded at 6:00 pm that I receive a call within two hours). What are my chances?
