You need the annual consumption for both registers. You may want to post them on here so we can check if you should be on an E7 or standard tariff if you only have 1 NSH.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

They show you have used 691 gas units but we do not know if they are imperial or metric units but as you say you have sussed the gas I will leave that.
Now to the electric, you have used 2138 day units and 769 night units, that is approx 26% used at night. The night rate is 7 hours sometime between 11pm to 8 am, the actual time is determined either by a timeswitch or by the electricity supplier for your region.
Depending on your tariff it is possible that you could just be making E7 pay, but any more things like washing machines or dishwashers you can put on overnight would help.
Now to switching, use a comparison site and input the figures I have shown above as your annual usage, but the gas ones MUST be converted to kwh.0 -
With only 26% being used on cheap rate, you should not be on an E7 tariff. You need to be using approx 33% to make it worthwhile. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Look at your gas meter. If imperial it's marked 100's cu ft and you multiply by 31 to get to kWh. If metric it will say cu m and you multiply by 11 to get kWh.
Your meter measures by volume (cu ft or cu m), your bill is in energy (kWh).
I'm guessing that you have an imperial meter. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
