I went with Samara James too. As has been said, service and quality is excellent.

They sent me a few emails explaining the difference between clarity, cut, colour, etc. which was really helpful. This was just general advice - they didn't push to make a purchase from them at any point.

PM me if they don't still do those emails and I'll see if I can find mine somewhere.

Sanctionsteve have you contacted Samara James to ask them to have another look at it?

I've never had any problems with mine but they've always been reasonable.
