    HI everyone

Well June wasn't a great month as I expected as I was away for most of it on a big trip - still didn't manage to blow the budget in Vegas (nor win a mint to add to this challenge!)

    So totals:

    Surveys: £15
    Cashback: £36.55
    Money off/discounts: £20
    Savings on mobile phone: £7
    Cancellation of membership fees: £45
    Cancellation of sky sports: £23

grand total of: £146.55 for June

Will pm mennie and cally - thanks for updating

August will be better as we have some Airbnb bookings for the Olympics

    Good luck everyone!

Well we're half way there now.

June was also not so good for me in terms of making money, but very good for me in terms of having a week in the sun!

I managed £108.24, which is my lowest month so far:
    eBay £80.64
    2 x Insurance Renewal Reductions/Cancellations: £27.60

    Xx

    Hi everyone,

could I join in pls? just realised that its halfway through the year already!! so Ill set myself a target of half at £1006 if thats okay?

Few queries tho, I have a standing order set up to transfer a small amount of wages across into isa each week should I count this even though its already set up? I also have a direct debit which has just finished so going to start transferring that so Im guessing that should def be counted towards?
If at any point I do have to dip into my savings should I minus this off my total?

Need to get myself a spreadsheet set up! Time to get organised hehe.

I've just claimed £66 from survey companies so a slow june building up the points appears to have worked in my favour :)

Swagbucks are having daily targets to work to which come with daily bonus and then a big bonus at the end for hitting target every single day so I think I'll be saving up swagbucks through July as well

    Thanks for that :)

Is the aim to have the £2012 to hand at the end of the year if that makes sense? So anything we make from overtime/surveys/ms/swagbucks etc should be transferred into a savings account?

Also if anyone has an opinion, do you generally count surveys etc as you do them or once you've requested payment? Sorry if these questions sound silly but I have a bit of OCD when it comes to details haha

    Thanks :)

I haven't been keeping separate monthly totals, but my total for the year so far is £1032. Although halfway already, a lot of that is overtime which is going to stop from September when I'm being made redundant and heading off to Uni, so need to up the saving rate!

I'm counting survey money/vouchers when they land in my paypal account or at home.
I'm spending mine as they come in on extra treats or extra money in the bank for bills
