Should I complain?

I ordered some new clothes from the Next directory this week, first lot arrived Tuesday and were left with a neighbour when I took the dress I noticed right away the strong of smoke on the packaging and on the dress. So I returned it. 2nd part of delivery came today I was took it straight off delivery lady. Again it stinks of smoke! Really want to keep one dress but now it needs washing etc before wearing!
Is it worth calling customer service, being a non smoker I would hate people to smell it on me!!

Yes contact them about this problem.And send them back. I doubt it would be the courier who caused this though as things come in one or two bits of plastic and even smoke would have an issue getting through that - but not impossible.

You could mention it, although I would normally wash new clothes before wearing anyway after many people may have tried it on.
