Mugget - No Scottish Power will come up the cheapest because the way they have structured the unit rate charges on Online Energy Saver 17 and Online Fixed Price Energy April 2013, for the majority of consumption profiles, in the majority of the UK, scottish power's 2 tariffs generally come out the cheapest and have been doing so since October when OES15 and OLFP Dec 2012 were available, so only if the individual has done their comparison on something other than annual kWh consumption, might they get inaccurate results!0
