Naturally Thinking

Options
Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone else here had ordered from a company called Naturally Thinking (.com I think) and what you thought of them?

I'm having a bit of an issue right now where the courier left the parcel in my front garden, signed for it and left a card in the letterbox to say it was in the front garden. By the time I got home from work it was gone - considering the whole street can see my garden (tiny yard with a tiny wall) I'm not surprised.

Checked with all neighbours in the street (took a day or 2!) and then contacted them after 5 days (wasn't online for a few) to let them know. They're now saying that it's my fault for letting them know so late (after 5 days) and the tone of emails I'm getting are abrupt to say the least.

I'm not impressed so far - I was hoping that they'd either resend or reimburse and chase up with the courier themselves like other companies I've experience of, but instead they seem to be saying that I can only get a refund if the courier own up. I've paid through paypal so can open a dispute if necessary - but has anyone else had experience of this and how did you solve it??

Open a dispute straight away. Keep the card that states it has been left in your garden and not in a secure place. Let them know that you never signed for it and if they do not respond in a positive manner that you will write a letter before action(or something like that) for a full reimbursement of monies for your order and costs.

Remember its up to the people you bought your goods from to ensure they get to you properly and not for you to be chasing up

and as its christmas a kiss under the mistletoe

Jeff, I've contacted the company so they know it hasn't arrived it, but you think it's worth going straight to Paypal instead of going back and forth with them?
Suppose it could cut down on the stress :)

As to the card, I don't have it any more, my fianc! threw it in the bin thinking it was rubbish. Of course not the nice inside bin but the outside bin and then emptied a load of yucky stuff on top!!
I do however have access online to tracking that states it was signed my someone who is not me - a different name.
