Hi guys,
Was just wondering whether I am still eligible to claim for PPI's made in the past if I am on a Debt Management Programme with some of the same creditors?
Would I stand a chance?:(

You can complain if you wish and think you have a mis-sale. However, if the complaint is upheld, they can use the redress payment against any debt against arrears, defaults and amounts written off rather than pay it to you. In most cases it can only go against their debt.
under no circumstances should you use a claims company as they will bill you on the amount of redress, even if you do not get a penny of it. You should also avoid incurring costs as if you end up with nothing, then its pointless it costing you money.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). As dunstonh says, DO NOT use a claims company. You will simply end up with another debt.
Have a read of the guide for more info: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance0 -
couldn't agree more with the other posters, No need at all to use a company to reclaim x0

Thanks for your comments guys...............
Should it transpire that I do receive any sort of compensation, then I would be more than happy for the funds to be used towards the debt........
Will look into this.............thanks again0
