Has anyone else had problems with Printerinks?

Did anyone else order the Printerinks offer for calendars via Groupon? I ordered over 2 months ago and have yet to see a sign of them. The customer service is diabolical from both Groupon (who say it is not their problem!!) and Printerinks who have possibly the worst recorded message you could ever wish to hear, and you press a million buttons then get cut off - every time! Would be interested to know if I am alone!

Loads of people are having problems. They are the same company as printerpix. There is a thread about them on another board.
