E.on Online Account Management
I recently moved home and cancelled my account at the old property. The new property was with BGas but I decided to swap back to E.on.
Instead of creating a new online account I just decided to use the old one. However, I think this may be causing a few problems. It all appears fine but a couple of times I have gone to select an item and I get a message that "Your acount is ended etc".
Would I be creating even more trouble for myself if I just cancelled this particular online account and creasted a new one just for my current E.on a/c?

Have you got a new account number for the new house?
It is possible to have the old online account active for the new house, but only if this is on the same account.
If there is some confusion it may be better to register the new house online with a new username, we can also cancel the old username if you would like us to.
Let me know if you need any further info.

Yes, I do have a new account number.
I've just tried to set up a new username and p/word for the new house account but it's telling me that an online a/c already exists - which it does of course.
There is a setting on the online account to "Cancel Online Account Management", Can I use that option and then set up a new p/word and username? I won't loose anything important doing that will I?!0 -
