Quickie Divorce....are they worth it?

My wife and I have decided to file for a divorce. We have been apart for over 2 years and both are happy to proceed on these grounds. We have no assets to divide, and both on good terms. I agree with those who have done their own divorces through the county courts. I did mine 8 yrs ago and it was very simple, quick and cheap (compared to solicitors). You do need to have agreed everything between yourselves beforehand though (house equity split, child custody, etc).
